We care about the health and safety of our community. As our states, cities, and local communities take precautions in consideration of COVID-19, we have new interim policies in place for everyone’s safety and security.
We are making the following changes to our day-to-day operations. We will facilitate meetings, trainings, and events online in lieu of onsite or face-to-face meetings. Our team is well practiced at operating remotely without disruption to technical, sales, and support services.
- Suspending Guest Visits: As a precaution, there will be no guest visitations to GSC’s facilities through at least April 30 and possibly beyond, following CDC guidance. Whenever possible, we will conduct meetings via phone or video conference. If you have questions or concerns, please communicate with your current point-of-contact, contact us, or call 800-454-2233.
- Offering Online Training: All in-person training classes have been canceled for the time being. Customers will be notified as soon as in-person training resumes. An online live SOLIDWORKS Essentials class will be offered April 20-24. Thank you for your patience as we continue to update our training calendar, which includes additional online training options. If you have any questions or concerns regarding classes, please contact us.
- Suspending Events: We are suspending our in-person events for the time being. Events will be rescheduled. We offer online webinars and will continue to add more webinars to our events calendar.
