SOLIDWORKS Electrical 2017: Propagate Data to Connected Objects

SOLIDWORKS Electrical 2017 introduces a new feature that will save you a significant amount of time in manual data entry.

The “Propagate Data to Connected Objects” function allows you to propagate component data onto the wiring or neighboring terminal. Prior to this function, you would have manually remarked this data on all connected objects.

You’ll especially appreciate the time savings of this powerful numbering scheme if you deal with special numbering requirements for Terminals, Wires, or other objects attached to PLC’s or other key components.
